Equity Compensation Associate Consultant

Are you ready to join a team at the forefront of equity-based compensation consulting? This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available after initial training. The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.

What the day will look like

As a valued team member, you'll employ your analytical proficiency and technical expertise to aid clients in crafting and valuing equity-linked rewards. Each day, you’ll gain hands-on experience developing and adapting sophisticated MS Excel-based models, while collaborating with passionate colleagues and clients.

  • Apply technical and analytical consulting skills to real-world projects

  • Build statistical methods, data analysis and presentations with creative problem solving skills
  • Independently support projects in a dynamic, evolving environment
