The role involves executing preventive and corrective maintenance on various equipment, managing spare parts, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Ideal candidates will have experience in maintenance operations and strong documentation skills.

Formación

• Experience in executing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to read manuals and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Execute maintenance on forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Document maintenance work orders electronically.
• Participate in the 5S program and Kaizen events.

Descripción del empleo

Main Responsibilities:

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on forklifts, pallet jacks, and sweepers.
• Requisition and control spare parts and materials to ensure optimal operation of equipment.
• Review daily activities at the start of each shift and report status to the supervisor at the end of the shift.
• Control and complete assigned maintenance work orders.
• Document corrective and preventive maintenance work orders electronically and/or in writing, following maintenance procedures.
• Perform cleaning procedures in the forklift area as required.
• Utilize manuals, schematics, engineering drawings, and diagrams effectively.
• Use personal protective equipment provided by Medline.
• Adhere to the codes of conduct, regulations, and policies of Medline.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned in the quality system procedures.
• Participate in the 5S program.
• Support and participate in Kaizen events.
