BOE Vision Electronic Technology Mexico, S.A. de C.V. is looking for a qualified leader to manage the overall operations of PCBA processes in Tijuana. The candidate should possess more than 10 years of experience in SMT and PCBA, and a degree in engineering.

The role demands proficiency in English communication and office software tools. This is a critical position that ensures production efficiency and safety standards are met, while leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Descripción del empleo

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the overall operation and overall management of PCBA, formulate various management KPIs, work plans, organize implementation, inspection, supervision and control;
2. Unified command of production, organize and coordinate various functional departments, do a good job in pre‑production preparations, make production run smoothly, and establish a good team production order;
3. Coordinate safety production, on‑site management, labor protection, and environmental protection, strictly implement safety regulations and production operating procedures, and prevent major accidents;
4. Supervise the formulation of standardized SOPs for each process project, conduct regular and comprehensive education and training for skilled personnel, improve operational efficiency, and continuously improve quality.
5. Strictly carry out production, supervision and inspection according to the production plan, hold production meetings regularly, find problems, analyze the reasons by 4M1E, and take effective measures to ensure the normal operation of the production line;
6. Supervise the management of work‑in‑progress, reduce the inventory of work‑in‑progress, and improve turnover efficiency;
7. Guide engineers to optimize process procedures, merge stations, bottleneck control, and introduce automated operations; balance equipment programs to improve production line balance rate; implement SMT equipment TPM management;
8. Adopt lean production method, balanced production, SMED quick line change, JIT production method to ensure delivery.
9. Monitor the implementation of each process and use the MES system to optimize and improve the EMS intelligent manufacturing system.

Educational Requirements

Degree in Engineering

Experience Required

More than 10 years of working experience in SMT and PCBA Process.

Level of English Fluency

Fluent in communication and writing

Computer Usage

Proficient in using office software (Word, PPT, EXCEL)
