Impact Advisors Mexico is seeking an Epic Tapestry Application Support Analyst to support and optimize Epic Tapestry across claims, benefits, enrollment, and regulatory areas. The role collaborates with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and drive operational improvements in a healthcare payer environment.

Located on-site in Mexico City, the position requires 2–5 years of experience and bilingual English/Spanish communication. The team emphasizes people-first culture and continuous learning.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality support to Epic Tapestry users and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents promptly.
• Configure, test, and maintain Epic Tapestry functionality.
• Create end-user training and documentation to improve adoption.
• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and operations for system integration.
