Impact Advisors Mexico is seeking an Epic PB Associate to support professional billing workflows and healthcare technology solutions for U.S. healthcare organizations.

You will collaborate with billing, clinical, and IT teams to analyze requests, implement configurations, and ensure accurate revenue cycle processes. Experience in professional billing and healthcare IT is valued, with opportunities to grow Epic expertise.

Formación

• 1–3 years of professional experience in professional billing, healthcare revenue cycle, healthcare administration, EHR/EMR support, or a related environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with healthcare information systems, billing systems, EHR/EMR platforms, or ticketing/support environments.
• Understanding of professional billing and/or healthcare revenue cycle workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand complex operational workflows and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Clear and professional communication.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with operational, clinical, billing, and technical stakeholders.
• Proactive and adaptable approach.
• Commitment to continuous learning.

Responsabilidades

• Support professional billing workflows within Epic.
• Analyze application requests, incidents, and workflow issues related to professional billing.
• Support workflows involving charges, claims, billing, payments, adjustments, and related revenue cycle processes.
• Assist with application configuration, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Work with billing and operational teams to understand workflow requirements and translate them into application solutions.
• Investigate application and workflow issues, identify potential root causes, and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Support analysis of billing workflows and related system processes.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for system enhancements.
• Support implementation, upgrade, optimization, and enhancement activities as applicable.
• Create and maintain application documentation, workflow materials, and support resources.
• Collaborate with billing specialists, providers, clinical teams, revenue cycle stakeholders, operational leaders, and technical teams supporting U.S. healthcare clients.
• Support initiatives focused on workflow optimization, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, issues, testing activities, and resolutions.
