Formación

• 1+ year of experience in Healthcare IT (Epic Patient Access role).
• Certification in Epic Cadence, Prelude, or Grand Central.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and collaborate with global teams, clients, and vendors.
• Analyze and design business workflows for healthcare systems.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Support system configuration, integration, and testing activities.
• Drive quality, performance metrics, and continuous improvements.
• Act as a key liaison between business and technical stakeholders.
