A leading global energy management company in Nuevo León is seeking a professional to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and over 3 years of related experience, especially in ISO standards. Formación

  • 3+ years of experience in similar positions required.
  • Experience in ISO: 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001.

  • Evaluate compliance of the site and propose action plans.
  • Process local legal requirements for Safety and Environmental Ergonomics.
  • Conduct Occupational Risk Assessment and Environmental analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Make survey of the regulation evolution, evaluate the compliance of the site and propose related action plans.
  • Alert and support in case of emergency, in compliance with internal procedures.
  • Process the local legal requirements (deliverables external to the site for local authorities) regarding Safety and Environmental Ergonomics.
  • Do the Occupational Risk Assessment and Environmental analysis.
  • Contribute to the Ergonomics diagnoses led by the Ergonomics Leader (IST3).
  • Support the design, audit, and guarantee operationally the application of EH&S procedures.
  • Pilot some EH&S action plans and support the deployment of EH&S methodologies, best practices.
  • Improve EH&S skills of employees and could take in charge trainings activities, communication campaigns, teamwork.
  • Assure daily operational tasks linked to the job (prevention plan; One reporting).
  • Follow up and support to regulatory audit and qualification trainings in EH&S.
