Ericsson GmbH in Mexico City is seeking a Recovery Architect to join the Customer Support Team. You will design, analyze, troubleshoot, and restore complex end-to-end solutions for customers across Mexico and the Caribbean, with emphasis on IT/IP, cloud, VNFs and CNFs.

The role offers hands-on exposure to Linux, networks, databases, virtualization, and cloud technologies, and requires excellent English communication.

Formación

• Familiarity with Linux operating systems is required.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Experience with databases and virtualization/cloud technologies is preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex multi-domain issues and document recovery strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; multiple stakeholder interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Support design and development of customer solutions based on IT/IP, cloud, VNFs/CNFs.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex multi-domain issues in customer networks and services.
• Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, and experts to gather and document requirements and recovery plans.
• Leverage documentation and reference architectures to create scalable solutions.
• Define hardware, software, database, and virtual infrastructure requirements for deployments.
• Assist in implementation, testing, integration, and service recovery activities.
• Develop expertise in end-to-end network architectures and cloud-native technologies.
