Job summary

Siemens in Mexico City is seeking a motivated Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, monitoring, and execution of infrastructure and transportation projects. You will assist with schedule tracking, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination, contributing to project controls and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Internship, academic projects, social service, trainee programs, or project-related assignments will be considered valuable.
• Strong MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and work plans.
• Track project progress and identify risks, delays, and deviations.
• Assist in monitoring project performance and reporting status updates.
• Coordinate activities with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
• Maintain project documentation, records, reports, correspondence, and deliverables.
• Prepare progress reports, KPIs, and project tracking documentation.
• Support project governance processes and reporting activities.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers.
• Assist in implementing project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Maintain compliance with internal procedures and reporting requirements.
