You do not need to be an expert in every platform, as training will cover SAP services and operational processes. As part of an entry level team, you will work in an office-based role with continuous learning, incident response, and collaboration

Formación

• Practical experience in networking and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with public cloud platforms and networking fundamentals.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex connectivity and traffic flows.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot customer-impacting incidents in production environments.
• Follow runbooks and incident management processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve issues.
• Document findings and actions taken.
