Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coach – Bilingüe, located in Cancún, ROO. The Sales Coach will be responsible for developing and delivering sales training programs, providing one-on-one coaching to the sales team, and enhancing overall sales performance. Daily tasks include creating training materials, conducting sales workshops, monitoring progress, and offering feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Sales Coaching and Coaching skills
• Experience in conducting Sales Trainings and Training programs
• Excellent Communication skills
• Bilingual proficiency in English
• Proven track record in sales performance improvement
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the construction or remodeling industry is a plus
