A logistics real estate leader is seeking an Entitlement Manager in Mexico City to oversee project approvals and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will manage technical studies, prepare budgets, and collaborate with various departments to facilitate projects. A degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, along with at least 5 years of experience in managing industrial development, is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit along with strong negotiation and organizational skills are essential.
