Responsibilities:

  • Contract and coordinate all necessary studies for technical and environmental due diligence, including environmental, topographical, arboreal, and drilling analyses, to facilitate informed internal decision-making and ensure optimal project implementation.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for permits and licenses, including construction fees and consultancy expenses.
  • Ensure that all project managers secure the required licenses and permits for initiating construction activities and for the optimal functioning of logistics parks.
  • Guarantee that all company properties are fully compliant with municipal and regulatory authorities, including accurate property registrations, services feasibilities, and the proper modification during the construction process, aiming for complete regulatory compliance.
  • Provide support to the Capital Deployment team by preparing site plan studies, researching, and applying current municipal and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Legal department to facilitate project development and streamline the licensing processes.
  • Oversee third-party consultants, ensuring alignment with Prologis policies, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of services.

Challenges:

  • Streamline and accelerate various approval and licensing processes while maintaining adherence to Prologis standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with project approvals and licenses.
  • Ensure all properties and construction activities fully comply with applicable municipal, environmental, and fire safety regulations.

Requirements:

Foreign Languages:

  • Advanced/Fluent in English (Reading, Writing, Listening & Speaking)

Education:

  • Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or Law

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing industrial development approvals, permitting, and legalization.

Specific Knowledge:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of urban planning, environmental regulations, and fire department compliance requirements.

Hard Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
