Responsabilidades

• Definir, investigar, desarrollar y probar nuevas funcionalidades en sistemas de negocios.
• Colaborar con otros equipos de IT y proporcionar actualizaciones sobre planes y cronogramas de proyectos.
• Identificar formas innovadoras de reducir costos mediante la optimización de procesos.

IT Specialist Role Description

Define, research, develop, and test new functionalities within your primary module or functional area of business systems.

Participate in the rollout and installation of new business systems.

Devise sample data to test the accuracy of programs.

Maintain and develop documentation for your responsible area, and organize and communicate this documentation to the global community.

Maintain a working knowledge of emerging technologies, identify applicable solutions, and implement them within existing networks when appropriate.

Collaborate seamlessly with all IT teams to ensure high standards of IT support at all levels.

Prepare and provide status updates on project plans and schedules.

Foster positive relations with all employees, encouraging suggestions for system improvements, and conduct or recommend training sessions.

Organize ideas clearly using appropriate business communication styles.

Identify innovative ways to reduce costs by streamlining processes and systems, including modifying responsibilities, consolidating tasks, eliminating non-value-added processes, or re-engineering systems.

Drive continuous improvement through trend analysis and metrics management.

Propose and implement new practices and processes that are considered best in the field.

Share knowledge and information across Jabil facilities to promote best practices, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality regarding data and proprietary information.

Work effectively under pressure with changing priorities and deadlines.

Possess proficiency and knowledge in all areas related to IT department functions.

Adhere to safety, health, and security policies, and follow all procedures within the company's security policy.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
