The candidate will be responsible for expanding portfolio through strategic account management and driving sales growth by building trusted relationships with clients. A solid background in account management, excellent negotiation skills, and an understanding of AI products are essential.

Position Overview:

As anAccount Manager, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of Adobe’s innovative digital media solutions (Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Document Cloud), includingFireflyandAcrobat AI, within the top companies in Mexico and Central America. Develop and complete strategic account plans. Work with partners and collaborate with overlay teams to achieve or exceed 100% of your annual sales quota. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise customers, a passion for groundbreaking technology, and the ability to cultivate lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Portfolio Expansion:

  • Drive adoption and expansion of Adobe’s digital media solutions, with a focus on Firefly and Acrobat AI, within the top companies in Mexico and Central America.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and aligning them with Adobe’s solutions.

2.Strategic Account Planning:

  • Develop and implement detailed account plans for each assigned customer to enhance growth and ensure long-term success.
  • Collaborate with overlay teams, including technical specialists, solution consultants, and marketing, to deliver tailored strategies and solutions.

3.Quota Achievement:

  • Achieve or exceed 100% of the assigned annual quota by driving revenue growth through effective account management and expansion efforts.
  • Consistently track performance metrics, pipeline development, and sales results to ensure alignment with goals.

4.Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and cultivate trusted relationships with key decision-makers and partners within client organizations.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to customers, showcasing the value of Adobe’s digital media solutions in addressing their challenges.

5.Partner Ecosystem Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Adobe’s ecosystem of partners to identify joint opportunities and deliver coordinated solutions to customers.
  • Cultivate effective alliances to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer success initiatives.

6.Market Insight and Advocacy:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs in the North of Latam market.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on customer insights to influence product development and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally within the technology or digital media industry.
  • Solid understanding of solutions powered by AI and their applications in enterprise settings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive-level customers.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales forecasting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with AI products.
  • Knowledge of the Mexican enterprise market and its key players. Educational market is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
