Zendesk in Mexico is seeking an IT Principal Enterprise Delivery Lead to orchestrate QA across large‑scale ERP transformations. You will partner with business and product leads to ensure critical programs achieve quality governance, defect management, and scalable testing practices.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in Software Quality Engineering with leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering QA across large, complex releases and transformations.
• Strong stakeholder influence and business‑product partnership.
• Deep knowledge of test governance, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Govern QA governance across major transformation programs and releases.
• Lead operational QA and scale testing platforms enterprise‑wide.
• Drive AI‑driven test generation and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain defect lifecycle with RCA and traceability to test cases.
• Own enterprise QA management and real‑time release metrics.
• Lead QA ceremonies and ensure data‑driven results for stakeholders.
