Una empresa global de ingeniería busca un Trainee en Ingeniería para apoyar en estandarización de procesos y mejoras en planta. Este papel es ideal para estudiantes de Ingeniería Industrial, Mecatrónica o Mecánica en sus últimos semestres. Se requiere disponibilidad en las mañanas y cobertura de seguro médico.

Formación

• Estudiante en últimos semestres de Ingeniería.
• Experiencia intermedia en uso de Microsoft Office.
• Nivel de inglés intermedio requerido.

Responsabilidades

• Estandarización de procesos entre 2 plantas.
• Documentar y estandarizar trabajo y ayudas visuales.
• Mejoras en almacén.

Role Overview

The Engineering Trainee role will support in different area functions and activities, while developing important skills that will help shape the student at a professional level.

Work Environment:

Fully On - Site

Key Responsibilities

• Standardization of processes between 2 plants
• Document line balancing, standardize work, visual aids for both plants in production cells
• Update documents in SOP Quality system, visual aids, IPP, etc.
• Warehouse improvements

Level of Education and Experience:

• Career: Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering
• Period: 6 months minimum to 1 year
• Student in their last semesters/or quarters
• Intermediate experience in using Microsoft Office
• Intermediate English level
• Must have medical insurance
• Must be available mornings from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm or 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
