About the location:

This expansive property will include 96 beautifully decorated rooms and 61 residences, located in the tourist corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo at the top of the stunning Baja California Sur with breathtaking sea views, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. Facilities will include three restaurants, three resort pools, an outdoor gym, Spa & Spa Garden, and an event room in the clubhouse.
Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Supervisor will assist the Engineering management team in coordinating, supervising, and successfully executing all operations related to the maintenance of guest rooms, dining areas, guest areas, and staff areas. This includes overseeing preventive maintenance programs in coordination with other departments to avoid operational disruptions, providing necessary maintenance, and managing human and material resources. The candidate must be able to work additional hours when required and be committed to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly departmental objectives for maximum guest satisfaction while adhering to all Four Seasons policies.
Knowledge and Skills:
A person with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory maintenance experience.
The candidate will require proven skills in relating to different departments to meet and exceed guest expectations.
Must be hands-on and provide the necessary direction to motivate the team and ensure smooth, efficient, and standard operations of the department.
The candidate must have excellent relationships with peers and subordinates and experience managing a team of 5 to 15 people.
Experience coordinating work with external contractors is relevant.
