A leading automotive manufacturer based in Mexico City seeks an engineering professional to supervise manufacturing staff and design logistics systems. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Transportation or Logistics Engineering, along with expertise in manufacturing processes and fluency in English. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of SAP.

Formación

• Education in engineering with knowledge of logistics and manufacturing.
• Experience with logistics monitoring systems and problem-solving tools.
• Fluent in English, desirable experience with the SAP system.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise 40-50 hourly employees in manufacturing.
• Design and improve material delivery routes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards in the workplace.

• Control of plant markings, delivery of material to point of use, receipt of material, and observation of critical processes, ensuring employee safety

• Supervision of approximately 40 to 50 hourly employees and 5 team leaders of work groups.

• Design or continuous improvement of material delivery routes to point of use and material receipt against logistics design.

• Reduction of inventory turns to ensure the integrity of plant inventories.

• Ensure employee safety by complying with industrial vehicle handling standards and seek continuous improvement through innovation.
