Engineering Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Typically leads project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, people management, and troubleshooting for Engineering projects.
- Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
- Leads projects of medium to high complexity and long durability interacting with all areas of the business.
- Coordinates technical and business decisions within project.
- Communicates with upper management and business to align and clarify communication with customer.
Minimum Requirements:
BS in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering with 5+ years of experience in project management is required.
Prior experience in leading multi-disciplinary technical teams is required.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Project Management software and tools is required (Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.).
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management Software (Windchill) is a plus.
- Experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning is a plus.
- Familiarity with DFM, DFT, DFMEA methods is a plus.
- Automotive experience is a plus.
- PMI/PMP certification is a plus.
- Fully Bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Some travel may be required.
