Formación

Descripción del empleo

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) systems and SCI (Fire System).
• Manage projects, improvements, and modifications of systems to meet specific site requirements.
• Ensure operational processes and compliance with official Mexican standards for safe and adequate working conditions.
• Manage updates from the SCI insurer, follow up on observations, and implement projects arising from the insurer's recommendations.
• Ensure management, implementation, and compliance of preventive maintenance for SCI and HVAC according to a strategy defined in SAP.
• Meet deadlines, quality standards, and cost objectives as defined in the annual BP.
• Ensure corrective maintenance resolution with minimal impact on safety, production, legal requirements, and internal/external procedures to guarantee personnel safety and business continuity.
• Manage and update compliance of all SlpP RSP in the plant under NOM-020-STPS-201 guidelines, maintaining auditable internal guidelines to guarantee legal and comprehensive RSP compliance, including updating identification and certification.

Requisitos

3 to 4 years of experience required.
