Frontend Platform Engineering Manager (100% remote-friendly within Spain)

Job Location

Area of Work

The goal of the team is to provide internal products, tools, services, and frameworks to enable Product teams to focus on customer needs instead of tooling. We work closely with the Product teams to ensure seamless integration and support.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the frontend platform engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
2. Design and implement scalable frontend frameworks and tools.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and solutions.
4. Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and best practices.
5. Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and incorporate them into the platform.

Minimum Requirements

1. Proven experience in frontend engineering, with leadership roles preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
3. Experience with building and maintaining internal developer platforms.
4. Excellent communication and team management skills.
5. Ability to work remotely within Spain.
