Dematic is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead 20+ engineers across multiple US projects, developing their capabilities in commissioning and administration. The role requires travel to various sites to engage engineers and identify opportunities for improvement.

You will partner with remote teams, manage skills development, and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining safety and quality standards. A strong leadership track record is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Controls.
• Advanced degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a 20+ engineer team and drive skill development.
• Coordinate with remote team members to monitor progress and performance gaps.
• Ensure compliance with local rules and visa requirements where applicable.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope per SoW.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships with regional managers to ensure standards.
