TARGAN Inc. in Veracruz, MX is seeking an Engineering Manager for Commercial Integration to lead engineered‑to‑order automation solutions for poultry, livestock and aquaculture.

You will guide design teams to deliver complete system level automation, including 2D/3D layouts, schematics, and on-site leadership. You will collaborate with sales, R&D, and field service to ensure on‑time delivery, installation, and commissioning.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience integrating motion‑based electro‑mechanical and/or automation equipment
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading technical teams of 2 - 4 people

Responsabilidades

• Lead design teams to deliver engineered‑to‑order automation solutions.
• Interact with sales/marketing and customers to identify requirements to integrate automated systems.
• Deliver system level installation design packages with 2D & 3D layouts and schematics.
• Provide on-site leadership for installation events and pre‑installation assessments (weekends).
• Provide project management for customization and installation projects including schedule, budget, and coordination.
• Collaborate with R&D Controls Engineering for system customizations.
• Collaborate with Field Installation and Support to resolve field issues.
• Mentor junior engineers to raise team skills.
