BOGE Rubber & Plastics Group in San Luis Potosí is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering organization, drive development and industrialization of plastic and rubber products for automotive applications, and collaborate with customers and global teams.

You will manage multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensure quality, cost, timing, and performance, and lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 7–10+ years in automotive manufacturing.
• 3–5+ years leading engineering teams and projects.
• Experience in plastic injection and/or rubber molding.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, IATF 16949, VDA, and AIAG.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Engineering and Product Development activities for new products and industrialization projects.
• Oversee development and validation of plastic and rubber components, including tooling and processes.
• Drive APQP, prototype, pilot runs, PPAP, and production release.
• Coordinate CAD design, tooling, equipment, and production validation.
• Interface with OEM, Tier 1, and Tier 2 customers and suppliers.
• Lead Lean, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
