Ford Mexico seeks an early-career ELD Analyst to support Engineering Learning & Development initiatives. You will assist with HCM course requests, design and maintain the ELD analytics reporting system, and coordinate communications around learning events.

The role requires English proficiency, strong MS Office skills, and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Alteryx. Collaborative, self-motivated team players succeed here.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or final year in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Engineering, or Business.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced MS Office Suite skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneNote).
• Data analysis and visualization skills (Power BI or Alteryx is a plus).
• Familiarity with programming languages (PowerApps, Power Automate, or Visual Basic).
• Project management skills with the ability to communicate project plans and status updates using appropriate tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support the creation, modification, and management of HCM course requests.

• Host and provide support before, during, and after onsite events, co-leading supplier touchpoints and streamlining workflows.
• Develop and implement process efficiencies for ELD.
• Support the ELD team with ad-hoc or emergent requests.

ELD Champ supports Engineering Learning & Development (ELD) strategic initiatives and partnering with Product Development functional teams to support key competency training/learning solutions.

• Support the creation, modification, and management of HCM course requests.

• Design and maintain the ELD Analytics reporting system.

• Maintain communication channels and trigger weekly communications, incorporating the latest learning strategies and events.

• Host and provide support before, during, and after onsite events (e.g., PD Talks, Tech Shows), co-leading supplier touchpoints and streamlining workflows.

• Develop and implement process efficiencies for ELD (e.g., Supplier Directory, e-Learning Self-Service).

• Support the ELD team with ad-hoc or emergent requests.

• Bachelor's degree or currently in the final year of university. Preferred degree fields: Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Engineering, or Business.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• Advanced MS Office Suite skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneNote).

• Data analysis and visualization skills (knowledge of Power BI or Alteryx is a plus).

• Familiarity with programming languages (PowerApps, Power Automate, or Visual Basic).
