Job Description

We are looking for talents for our Interlomas Corporate for the position of:

Engineering Launch Project - Specialist

Start date: As soon as possible.

Location: Interlomas.

Work schedule: Full-time with flexible working hours.

Profile: Graduated from Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics or Systems Engineering, with at least 3 years of confirmed relevant experience in engineering processes.

Role Description

The role is a technical expert working collaboratively with the SIEL and Multi-functional Team to deliver initiatives and technical projects. The individual will be a SUL owner responsible for:

• Execution of Corporate Standard GSUM+ CBA’s on projects as Start-up leader, improving plant unplanned downtime, process reliability, productivity, and project success criteria.
• Leading and coaching small change/small projects teams.
• Identifying plant needs for capability development.

Minimum Knowledge And Skills Required

• ‘Basic’ Corporate GSUM+ Qualification
• Complete the “Corporate IM Pillar step-up card”
• Complete the “Corporate GSUM+ Standard Work Process Owner Step-Up Card”
• Complete Corporate Qualification as Intermediate within 12 months in role
• Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Project)
• Knowledge of Loss Elimination Tools
• P2P basics (Requisitions, PO, GRs)
• Experience supporting launch/delivery/start-up in operations

Qualifications

Job Qualifications

• Availability to work at Interlomas
• Graduated from Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics or Systems Engineering with at least 3 years of process engineering experience
• English not necessary
• Deep knowledge of relevant technology, equipment, and system process transformations
• Mastery in PR Measure definition and GSUM+ qualifications within 6 months
• Knowledge of manufacturing standards (GMPs, PR SWP, DMS)
• Team orientation, proactive attitude, and ability to deliver results
• Technical excellence and effective collaboration skills
• Strong leadership, innovation, and interpersonal skills
