Engineering Launch Project - Specialist

Start date: As soon as possible.

Location: Interlomas.

Work schedule: Full-time with flexible hours.

Profile: Graduated in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Systems Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience in engineering processes.

Role Description

The individual in this role is a technical expert collaborating with the SIEL and Multi-functional Team to deliver initiatives and technical projects. As the Start-up leader, responsibilities include executing Corporate Standard GSUM+ CBA’s, leading to improvements in:

  • Plant unplanned downtime associated with changes and overall process reliability.
  • Productivity and speed of implementing changes.
  • Achieving project success criteria, including GPRM2 (Glidepath PR Month 2).
  • Leading small change projects and coaching teams.
  • Identifying plant needs for capability development.

Minimum knowledge and skills required:

  • Basic Corporate GSUM+ Qualification.
  • Completion of the “Corporate IM Pillar step-up card”.
  • Completion of the “Corporate GSUM+ Standard Work Process Owner Step-Up Card”.
  • Corporate Qualification as Intermediate within 12 months.
  • Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Project).
  • Knowledge of Loss Elimination Tools and P2P basics (Requisitions, PO, GRs).
  • Experience in operations or supporting launch/delivery/start-up processes.

Job Qualifications:

  • Availability to work at Interlomas.
  • Graduation in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Systems Engineering with at least 3 years of process engineering experience.
  • English not required.
  • Deep knowledge of technology, equipment, mechanical and electrical systems, and process transformations.
  • Mastery in PR Measure definition and GSUM+ standards.
  • Understanding of manufacturing standards (GMPs, PR SWP, DMS).
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and ability to deliver results.
  • Technical excellence and effective collaboration skills.
  • Strong leadership, innovation, and interpersonal skills.
