Engineering Launch Project - Specialist

Start date: As soon as possible.

Location: Interlomas.

Work schedule: Full-time with flexible working hours.

Profile: Graduated from Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics or Systems Engineering, at least 3 years confirmed of relevant experience in engineering processes.

Role Description

The role is a technical expert with knowledge in the technology working in collaboration with the SIEL and Multi-functional Team to deliver the Initiatives/Technical projects, the individual working as SUL owns

Execution of Corporate Standard GSUM+ CBA’s on the project he/she is Start-up leader, resulting in improved:

Plant unplanned downtime associated with all change and overall plant process reliability.

Productivity & speed to deliver all changes.

Performance achieving project & initiative success criteria (including but not limited to: GPRM2 (Glidepath PR Month 2))

Leadership of team and coach in execution of small change/small projects.

Identifying Plant needs for additional capability development

Minimum Knowledge And Skills Required For Success.

  • ‘Basic’ Corporate GSUM+ Qualification
  • Complete the “Corporate IM Pillar step-up card”
  • Complete the “Corporate GSUM+ Standard Work Process Owner Step-Up Card”
  • Complete Corporate Qualification as Intermediate during the first 12 months in the role
  • Knowledge at Office (Excel/Project)
  • Loss Elimination Tools
  • P2P Basics (Requisitions, PO, GRs)
  • Has experience in operations or supporting launch/delivery/start-up

  • Availability to work at Interlomas
  • Graduated from Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics or Systems Engineering, at least 3 years confirmed experience in process engineering roles.
  • English not necessary.
  • Has deep knowledge on the technology, Equipments, mechanical, electrical, technologies of your system, process transformations
  • Mastery for PR Measure definition
  • ‘Basic’ Corporate GSUM+ Qualification < 6 months in the role. Mastery knowledge of GPRM2 calculations and measure definitions
  • Know and benchmark manufacturing standards (GMPs, PR SWP, DMS)
  • Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results
  • Operate with technical excellence while collaborating effectively with others
  • Strong leadership, innovation, and interpersonal collaboration skills.
