TE Connectivity is seeking an Engineering Development Associate for a 24-month rotation program in Hermosillo, Mexico. You will rotate across Engineering and Operations, tackling real-world challenges and delivering measurable results from day one.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelors or Masters in Engineering and have 1–3 years of hands-on experience, with CAD/FEA knowledge, data analytics, and fluent English. This program accelerates your growth in a global tech company.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field from a highly regarded university.
• 1–3 years of professional work experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or a related technical environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly.
• Practical experience with CAD tools in design or product development, complemented by knowledge of finite element analysis (FEA) simulation.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled tools and data analytics.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Fluent English a must

About the Program

The TS Operations & Engineering Rotation Program is an accelerated development program designed for high-potential early-career professionals. Through a series of cross-functional rotations, participants gain hands‑on experience across Engineering and Operations, build broad business knowledge, and develop the skills needed for future leadership opportunities.

Your first rotation will be within our Engineering organization, where you will contribute to real business challenges, collaborate with experienced professionals, and help deliver innovative solutions for global customers.

This is not a shadowing program. From day one, you will take ownership of meaningful work, use data to solve problems, and help deliver measurable business results.

What You'll Do
