Job summary

North American Production Sharing de México, S.A. de C.V. seeks a Documentation Specialist to coordinate ECOs, update BOMs and routings, and ensure accurate process documentation. You will support NPI activities and drive continuous improvement using Lean methodologies.

You will validate parts and samples, coordinate testing, and lead KPI reporting for production processes. Strong English and ERP/MRP experience are preferred, with at least 3 years in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ECOs, BOMs, routings, and change control.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• Experience developing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

This position will coordinate, control, and maintain technical documentation related to manufacturing processes, engineering changes, production routings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), work instructions, and special processes.

The role is responsible for ensuring the accurate implementation of engineering changes, material validation activities, and support for new product introductions. Additionally, the position ensures production information remains current and drives continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, performance metrics, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
