Copeland in Chihuahua, Mexico, is seeking a Production Engineering Associate to support engineering changes in the MRP system, manage BOMs, and coordinate with sites.

The role requires a degree in industrial engineering, 1+ year in production, English ~75%, and good MS Office skills; Desirable: time studies, layouts, station design.

• Obtain drawings and documentation for changes and upload to the system.
• Communicate with other sites to request necessary information.

Responsibilities

• Receive engineering orders from the different sites and update the changes in the MRP system.
• Collect internal approvals of each of the engineering changes
• Ensure changes to the system are made on the given effective dates
• Upload new BOM and AVL
• Obtain drawings and documentation required for a change or a new product and upload it to the system
• Communicate with other sites to request the necessary information

Authority

Updating of the MRP System in terms of bills of materials.

Basic requirements

• Degree in industrial engineering
• +1 years of experience in production processes
• English 75%.
• Medium-advanced handling of Microsoft Office

Desirable Requirements

• Time studies and calculation of capacities.
• Creation and modification of layouts.
• Design of stations.
