ZF Group in Monterrey is seeking an Engineering Change Analyst to process PLM change requests, coordinate with engineering and other functions, and ensure timely production incorporation. You will manage BOM in SAP and support product developments across locations.

The role involves collaborating with manufacturing plants and various departments (Software, Hardware, Purchasing) and communicating with ZF teams worldwide to maintain configuration integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above and/or 2+ years of engineering/analysis experience.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Process change requests in the PLM system, analyzing product documentation for consistency.
• Coordinate change requests with product engineering and other functional groups.
• Monitor change releases to ensure timely production incorporation.
• Participate in meetings requiring configuration management input, create/update documents, and verify product structures in PLM.
• Manage BOM in SAP system for production builds.
• Work with manufacturing plants and departments supporting product development (Software, Hardware, Purchasing).
• Provide PLM support to product teams globally on process, methods and tools.
• Communicate with ZF teams across the globe.

About the team:
We are looking for a new colleague in our Research & Development team at our location in Monterrey! The Chassis Solutions Division of ZF North America offers application specific solutions for a variety of different automotive Steering, Braking, Suspension and Chassis Components. What you can expect as an Engineering Change Analyst:

• Process change requests in the PLM system, this includes i.e. analyzing product documentation for consistency of information, assessing interchangeability, routing for approval, auditing.


• Coordinate change requests with product engineering and other functional groups.


• Monitor change releases to ensure timely incorporation into production


• Participate in meetings requiring configuration management input, create and update documents, and verify accuracy of product structures in PLM


• Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) in SAP system for successful production builds


• Working closely with manufacturing plants and departments supporting product development (e.g., Software, Hardware, Purchasing)


• Provide PLM support to product teams globally on process, methods and tools.


• Communicate with ZF teams across the globe

Your profile as an Engineering Change Analyst:

• Bachelor´s degree or above and/or 2+ years of professional-level engineering/analysis experience (internship/co-op experience incl.) encompassing one or more of the following areas: manufacturing analysis/planning, product design/development, and/or program/launch management.


• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
