About the Engineering Assistant Manager Role:

Coordinate and supervise to successfully fulfill all preventive maintenance programs for rooms, equipment, and machinery that integrate the operation of Residences, preparing the planning of preventive maintenance.

What will you do in this position?

• Record and keep track of the progress of preventive maintenance programs, always seeking to meet established goals.
• Ensure that records of various operation logs and equipment parameters are maintained to timely detect deviations in operation that could affect the guest experience, staff, and the integrity of the hotel.
• Conduct daily walks through all areas of the residences to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist the Engineering Management in establishing maximum and minimum inventory levels for materials that must be kept in stock.
• Coordinate with other area managers to schedule preventive maintenance.

What will be necessary for this role?

• Degree in engineering or technical career.
• Experience of more than two (2) years in the managerial area of Engineering is valued.
• Knowledge of operating computer equipment is required.
• Advanced experience and knowledge in maintenance and operation of motor control systems, variable speed drives, electrical protections, automation, and control cards.
