• Más de 2 años de experiencia en gestión de ingeniería es valorado.
• Conocimientos avanzados en mantenimiento de sistemas eléctricos.

About the Engineering Assistant Manager Role:

Coordinate and supervise to successfully fulfill all preventive maintenance programs for rooms, equipment, and machinery that integrate the operation of Residences, developing the planning of preventive maintenance.

What will you do in this position?

• Record and track the progress of preventive maintenance programs, always striving to meet established goals.
• Ensure that the records of various operational logs and equipment parameters are maintained to timely detect deviations in operations that could affect the guest experience, staff, and hotel integrity.
• Conduct daily rounds of all areas of the residences to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist the Engineering Management in establishing maximum and minimum stock levels for materials in the warehouse.
• Coordinate with responsible parties from other areas regarding the scheduling of preventive maintenance.

What is necessary for this role?

• Degree in engineering or technical career.
• Experience of more than two (2) years in the engineering management area is valued.
• Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment.
• Experience and advanced knowledge in maintenance and operation of motor control systems, variable speed drives, electrical protections, and automation, control cards.

*This job requires advanced Spanish language skills; English is optional.*
