Overview:Design, implement, and manage projects of all the organization's processes.
Assurance of the WOW Quality Management System, regulatory requirements of ISO 9001, 45001, 14001.
ResponsibilitiesFunction:
- Follow-up to compliance with process standards
- Monitoring of all activities of the processes and procedures of the operation
- Conduct internal audit reports and determine action plans
- Implement, maintain and improve the quality management system, aligning it with international standards such as ISO 9001, 45001, 14001.
- Continuous updating of procedures and policies to ensure the organization's needs and legal requirements.
- Coordinate and execute audits, both internal and external, to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS.
- Develop and execute training programs for all staff to understand and follow QMS and WOW procedures.
- Identification and management of non-conformities in products or processes.
- Lead the development of corrective actions and ensure that the problem does not reoccur.
- Generate detailed reports that measure the performance of the quality management system, providing key data on compliance with standards.
- Oversee the planning and execution of preventive and corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of non-conformities and continuously improve processes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes.
- Tracking metrics, Scorecard and daily filling of KPIs by department. (WOW Quality Management System)
- Creation of work methods and instructions.
- Study of times in the processes.
- Update and validate procedures, instructions, formats, etc.
- Coordinate continuous improvement events (Impacts, savings, workshop, kaizen, six sigma)
- Analysis of activities requested by the client through the commercial area.
- Preparation of flow diagrams, layouts, process mapping.
- Preparation of formats and visual aids for processes.

- Preparation of process presentations for the client.
- Collaboration with the Quality and Safety department in projects, meetings, conferences, meetings and generation of corrective and preventive action analyses (8D).
- Development of projects in various requested areas
- Conduct field surveys to gather information for projects
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Conduct risk assessment and develop contingency plans
- Coordinate and manage project resources
- Develop and maintain project documentation and reports
- Ensure the quality of project deliverables
- Provide technical supervision and guidance to the project team

QualificationsRequirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related career.
Knowledge:
- Troubleshooting Tools
- Microsoft
- Management of the WOW quality system

- Use of data analysis tools (SPC, Six Sigma)
- Experience with quality management software (Form, Single Link)
- Lean Manufacturing

Experience:
- On-site experience in projects from May to 1 year.
- Certification to the ISO 9001 Standard.
