Position Summary

Our trainee program is designed to develop recent graduates holding a bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields (required). The program provides practical, hands-on experience to help you gain a comprehensive understanding of the engineering field.

The goal of the program is to begin your flying career at Parker Hannifin Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Support in Engineering Projects Assist in the design, development, and improvement of products and processes under the guidance of the engineering team.
• Technical Problem Analysis and Resolution Participate in identifying and solving equipment and system issues, applying both theoretical and practical knowledge.
• Implementation of Testing and Validation Support prototype testing activities and collect and analyze data to validate technical specifications.
• Technical Documentation Prepare reports, manuals, and technical documentation related to projects and tasks performed.
• Learning and Applying Standards and Regulations Become familiar with and apply industry quality and safety standards, as well as Parker Hannifin’s internal policies.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration Work closely with other departments such as production, quality, and maintenance to ensure proper implementation of technical solutions.
• Participation in Training and Meetings Attend technical training sessions and progress meetings to enhance skills and contribute to project advancement.
• Support Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose ideas to optimize efficiency and quality.
  
  

Qualifications
