TPI Composites, Inc. in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, is seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to maintain and improve the QMS, coordinate audits, and drive corrective actions across the organization.

You will lead document control, support management reviews, and promote ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 compliance across the site, collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering training to raise quality system effectiveness.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) experience.
• Experience planning and coordinating internal, external, and customer audits.
• Knowledge of document control and quality system administration.
• Experience with corrective actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Conversational English.

Responsabilidades

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ISO 9001:2015 Internal or Lead Auditor certification.
• VDA 6.3 Internal Auditor certification.
• Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA).
• Experience with 8D, RCCA, Six Sigma, or other problem-solving methodologies.
