Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate Assurance and Quality Control activities.
• Manage intercompany and customer notifications related to the production area.
• Run reports and provide updates to support quality decision-making.
• Promote continuous improvements using quality tools.
• Enhance Quality management systems through audits, reviews, and documentation; facilitate corrective actions.
• Identify and report quality issues or trends; assist in root cause analysis and resolution.
• Follow Environment, Health, and Safety policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and oral).
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with PFMEA and Control Plans.
• Knowledge of SPC and Project Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
• Experience with database development is a plus.
