Job Description

Working as part of a cross-functional team, you will deliver RDQ activities necessary for Packaging Design and Deployment in Innovation/Growth projects and productivity initiatives across multiple regions, focusing on delivering an exceptional consumer experience.

How You Will Contribute

Under the guidance of a manager, you will organize and execute projects aligned with RDQ, marketing, and manufacturing needs. Your role involves effective communication of project status and risks, generating packaging information through sampling, supplier management, and conducting pilot plant and factory trials in compliance with GMP and HACCP standards. You will also handle process development activities (e.g., packaging design, specifications, scale-up, commissioning), plan resource utilization, and create technical reports with analysis and recommendations. Maintaining accurate packaging specifications and creating intellectual property to enhance our competitive edge will also be part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize efficient, sustainable packaging solutions, approve artwork, and oversee quality control.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Marketing, Logistics, and Shopper teams for packaging development.
  • Travel to nearby plants (Puebla, Ecatepec) for industrial testing.
  • Deliver clear and effective presentations to internal teams communicating results.
  • Foster a collaborative and cooperative team environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, Food Engineering, or related fields
  • Technical knowledge of packaging processes
  • Experience in food industry packaging
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Willingness to travel to nearby industrial plants as needed (Puebla, Ecatepec)
  • Proactivity, resilience, adaptability, flexibility, creativity, and excellent communication skills
