Vertiv in Reynosa is seeking a Sustaining Engineer to manage the product lifecycle for switchgear design. This Engineered-To-Order product requires cross‑functional collaboration and a fast‑paced environment with emphasis on design and manufacturing support.

The role focuses on maintaining CAD models, improving manufacturability, and providing timely design support to production and supply chain teams, ensuring quality and timely releases in Oracle PLM.

Formación

• 1-3+ years of experience in product design.
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant engineering field.
• 1-3+ years in 3D modeling / 2D drafting.
• Ability to create and troubleshoot control wiring diagrams.
• Experience in Design for Manufacturability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Position Summary

This generally leads to higher complexity and variation for departments supporting this product family. This position is ideal for individuals who are searching for a fast-paced environment with a mix of product design and manufacturing support.

• Maintain Switchgear design within Oracle Product Lifecycle Management

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in product design
