EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an Endpoint Analyst to diagnose and resolve endpoint connectivity, authentication, and security issues. You will analyze escalated tickets, use logs and tools to identify root causes, and resolve incidents within SLAs.

You will collaborate with IT and security teams, create knowledge articles, and ensure consistent issue resolution through methodical troubleshooting and clear communication. Fluency in English and strong scripting skills are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in IT/CS or related field.
• 3+ years of endpoint support, desktop engineering, or IT/security operations.
• Experience with DHCP, DNS, network access control, IP routing and core networking concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve escalated endpoint issues using user-reported errors, client logs, and vendor tools.
• Troubleshoot network, authentication, and security-related blocks impacting endpoints.
• Develop and maintain knowledge articles to support consistent issue resolution.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and service desk teams to communicate findings and remediation steps.
• Escalate incidents that exceed time-to-resolve thresholds.
