A leading gelato company is seeking a Store Manager in Cancún to lead the team and drive sales in a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in retail and food, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a customer-focused approach. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a rewarding team dedicated to excellence in customer service and product quality.

Formación

  • Minimum of 1 year retail and food experience is a must.
  • Communication and team spirit are essential skills as well as customer-focused.
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Able to work a minimum of 45 hours in a week.

Responsibilities

Conditions

The opening hours of our stores may vary depending on the location, but a wide range of hours is often practiced (7 days a week, from 10 am to 1.30 am). We are therefore primarily looking for people who are also available in the evenings and on the weekends.
