Enablement Specialist Finance

Site Address: Carr. Lagos de Montebello Km. 26.5 Municipio La Trinitaria, 30160 Chiapas.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare the annual budget, follow up the monthly forecast challenging the status quo to achieve the current spending according to current demand based on contracted kilograms.
• Analyze historical cost data for strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain updated financial expense information.
• Defined the fixed and variable cost and distribution to unit costs in kilograms of production cycles or production years, as well as determined costs for growers.
• Reconciliation of seeds and supplies inventory data vs accounts & CeCos posted.
• Expenses analysis and reclassification to intercompany as appropriate.
• Timely monitoring of seasonal labor expenditure in accordance with current production demand.
• Prepare and provide financial information and reconciliation of accounting items required by internal and external auditors.
• Tracking quotes and expenses according to market prices and charges to cost centers and correct accounting accounts posted.
• Make payment requests to growers and tollers, as well as follow up the payment transfer on time to them and to the different supplier.
• Management of capital projects in Baysim, SAP until the registration of fixed assets and dowload records when appropriate.
• Maintain updated financial information in Spotfire to provide real-time data in the financial dashboard.
• Support to Payette operation in Capex, Opex activities and basic clean process (production planning such as creationof Operation Processes, Inspection Lots, Good Issue, Stock Transfer Order).
• Tickets follow up of issues and communication of the tracking of each of the CAPEX projects in the North American production region (Payette, Woodland, Warden, Oxnard, Mexico, San Juan Bautista).

WHO YOU ARE

• B.S. degree, financial disciplines (MS or MBA, preferred) with 3+ years' experience in finance.
• B2 English (Upper Intermediate).
