North American Production Sharing, Inc. seeks a Plant Manager to lead site operations in Mexico, owning P&L and driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

You will partner with the Head of Operations on infrastructure, investments, and strategic initiatives, while developing a high-performing leadership team. The role requires over 8 years of EMS industry experience, strong business acumen, and advanced English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of experience within the EMS industry is required.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Valid US visa and availability to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to achieve business, financial, customer, and organizational objectives.
• Own and manage the site’s P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, profitability, and capital investment planning.
• Lead day-to-day operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets are consistently achieved.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, identify risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, process optimization, and cost savings.
• Oversee the Quality function, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, internal standards, and applicable quality management systems.
• Lead Process and Manufacturing Engineering activities, including process development, optimization, capacity planning, equipment utilization, and manufacturing readiness.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve operational performance, product quality, customer satisfaction, and overall profitability.

Formation
