This position requires an individual who has previous employee and labor relations experience, subject matter knowledge, and strong communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills that enable the individual to work successfully on a broad spectrum of employee relations and site support issues and projects.
This role must be located in CDMX or EDOMEX.

The position supports Mexico Operations. The central objective of Amazon’s employee relations team is to ensure our organization’s treatment of employees is fair, respectful, and consistent with our framework of our core business values and objectives. To support that objective, this position will focus on site support activities that improve local and network employee relations.

The position reports to Mexico’s Employee Relations Head of Country within the Operations Human Resources group. This is a full-time position that will require significant travel, 50-60% of the time over the course of the year.
