An automotive manufacturer in Ramos Arizpe is seeking an Employee Relations Investigator to perform investigations of misconduct and policy violations. The role involves close collaboration with HR leadership to address issues like discrimination and harassment while maintaining high integrity and ethical standards. This full-time position offers a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.

The Employee Relations Investigator will perform investigations of misconduct, and/or violations of policy. The Investigator will work closely with the HR Policy and Compliance & Special Investigations leadership in investigative efforts of suspected violations including, but not limited to, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, bullying, and violations of our Winning with Integrity policy.
