A leading recreational vehicle manufacturer in Ciudad Juárez is seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner. This role involves improving employee relations through effective management and investigations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, along with strong bilingual communication skills. The position offers a full-time contract and requires a deep knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.

General Summary

The Employee Relations Business Partner will focus on site support and activities that improve local and network employee relations and must guarantee our organization conduct of employees is fair and consistent with our framework of our core business values and Objective.

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the resolution of employee relation issues
Relevant industry experience a plus

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

Analyze labor relations internal trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to help develop solutions, programs and policies.
Manage and resolve employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
High involvement in the operation with production employees, group leaders and supervisors.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Conduct regular governance with respective business partners (supervisors or group leader).
Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Works closely with supervision and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required

Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, employee and union relations, performance management, and employment laws.
Knowledge in organizational development and training a plus.
Strong consulting skills in labor relations.
Strong client management and business literacy skills.
Strong conflict management skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual English Spanish
