Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. seeks a manufacturing professional to ensure compliance with production plans and line outputs, and to maintain overall efficiency on the assigned unit.

You will adhere to internal work instructions and EHS regulations, contribute to the unit budget, allocate resources, and help keep manufacturing costs as planned. Responsibilities include wafer preparation, monitoring hand-stock, and processing components to specifications and quality standards, plus basic machine

• Processing components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Performing basic machine-related setup and/or CNC / SPS-programming, if required. Cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.
• A job at this level… Executes task(s), as ordered or explained. Reports any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisor.
• Obeys all work rules and EHS regulations as valid for the work task(s) assigned.

Ensuring compliance with production plans and production line outputs and keeping production assigned overall efficient. Adhering or ensuring adherence to relevant internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS).
