Vishay Intertechnology Inc. in Juarez, MX, Bravos, Mexico is seeking a manufacturing professional to ensure production plans are followed and line outputs are efficiently managed.

You will adhere to internal work instructions, safety rules and regulations, contribute to budget planning, allocate resources and monitor manufacturing costs.

• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of safety and EHS rules.
• Ability to follow work instructions and contribute to cost planning.

Responsabilidades

• Execute front-end manufacturing tasks as assigned.
• Prepare wafers, components or semi-products and monitor related stock.
• Perform basic machine setup or CNC/SPS programming if required.
• Cooperate with maintenance or external service providers for repairs.

Descripción del empleo

Ensuring compliance with production plans and production line outputs and keeping production assigned overall efficient. Adhering or ensuring adherence to relevant internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS). Planning or contributing to unit's budget, allocating resources and keeping manufacturing cost as planned. Executing, supervising or managing manufacturing front-end processes a assigned, according to specified procedures, e.g.:

• Preparation of wafers, components or semi-products and monitors related hand-stock.
• Processing components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Performing basic machine-related setup and/or CNC / SPS-programming, if required.
• Cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.

A job at this level…Executes task(s), as ordered or explained. Reports any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisor. Obeys all work rules and EHS regulations as valid for the work task(s) assigned.
